PMO definition

We still offer the operational project management support, but also offer to analyze the maturity level of a project management in a company (not for free, that costs money), We help to implement new project management frameworks and we offer a basic pm certification which was developed in cooperation of three professors in germany as offer a better certification then there currently is. Better prepared for mixed frameworks (between classic and agile frameworks). The certifications help to include the same knowledge and language about project management in a company.
